Bio

I’m a Data Analyst and R developer, working in People Analytics to measure wellbeing, cooperation and trust in organizations.

I have a background in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience and Behavioral Economics, and during my education years I went from loving brains and TMS labs to loving code, data and charts.

During my PhD at the University of Chieti-Pescara I’ve learned to clean my data in a reproducible way using R scripts and the tidyverse, and from there I started going deeper and deeper. I studied the grammar of graphics and the ggplot2 package in order to make better visualizations. I studied and applied NLP for an internship (quanteda, tidytext). I mastered Rmarkdown in order to build parametrized reports. I’ve developed an internal R package to download data from our custom survey platform via API and to preprocess the data (httr2, purrr, S3).

Now I’m enrolling in a Master’s degree in Biostatistics to strengthen my knowledge about modeling, prediction and inference with data.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, photography, movies & TV shows and playing video/board games.
